Each year, the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council (LMCC) presents more than 60 days of free arts and cultural experiences, enlivening public spaces with programs in the visual, performing, and new media arts and providing leadership in cultural planning and advocacy.

Viney Group designs and launches street-level marketing campaigns to target tourists, residents and employees living and working in Lower Manhattan, with the ultimate goal of getting them to attend LMCC events. Each year, Viney deploys over two dozen brand ambassadors who promote LMCC’s River-to-River Festival, Open Studios series, and other exhibits on the sidewalks below Canal Street.

With the support of Viney and its street team division, LMCC has engaged more than 100,000 audience members annually at its free performances and art installations.
