Child Care Assistance

We worked with the NYC Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) to support a citywide campaign helping New Yorkers understand how to apply for child care assistance.

Our work included campaign strategy, copywriting, video production, translation support, and the design of signs, posters, and public-facing assets displayed across the city, including in the subway system and other high-visibility spaces. We also wrote clear, accessible copy for the child care assistance portal and online application, helping make the digital process easier for families to navigate.

The final campaign provided ACS with a multilingual, multi-format communications effort designed to help more families understand, access, and apply for child care assistance.
