During the COVID-19 pandemic, the New York State Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) was created to provide significant economic relief to New Yorkers. Catholic Charities was contracted to promote the ERAP and engaged Viney Group to develop a solid go-to-market strategy supported by paid media, organic search, and content marketing to reach a targeted market of underemployed or unemployed Manhattan residents behind our their rent.
